Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Weather Tamer Premium Vinyl Windows are GUARANTEED FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THEM. Weather Tamer Window Manufacturing warrants to the original purchaser of its Premium Vinyl Windows that there will be NO CHARGE for any necessary REPAIR, PARTS, LABOR OR MATERIAL, except for a nominal trip charge, applicable only after two years from the date of installation, due to any manufacturing defect with your windows.
NO CHARGE will be made to the original purchaser for BROKEN GLASS.
NO CHARGE will be made to the original purchaser for GLASS SEAL FAILURE
NO CHARGE will be made to the original purchaser for SCREEN REPAIR.
This warranty does not apply to ordinary maintenance of windows, caulking, or windows which have been subjected to acts of God, fire, civil disorders, war, or unreasonable use, abuse or misuse, or normal weathering. At its sole option, Weather Tamer Window Manufacturing shall repair or replace those items specified above. This warranty does not apply to the payment or reimbursement of any incidental or consequential damages of any kind and occurring in any manner and Weather Tamer Window Manufacturing, hereby disclaims any liability whatsoever for incidental or con-sequential damages.
Condensation on windows may occur as the natural result of humidity within the house or building area, and changes in interior / exterior temperatures, and does not indicate a defect in the window. This warranty does not cover condensation, nor frost or freezing from condensation on the windows.
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND / OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
